The City of Victoria selected NewEdge Services and Cityworks after a in depth proposal review process. NewEdge is currently configuring Cityworks AMS for Water and Wastewater Field Operations, Water Production (Plants, Wells, Towers, and Lift Stations), Wastewater Treatment, Streets and Drainage, Traffic Control, and Cityworks Storeroom for Warehouse Management. Historical asset and work information is being imported into the new Cityworks environment. In addition, the NewEdge team is writing integrations with OpenGov, Sensus Analytics, and Harris Utility.
