Town of Prosper

NewEdge began working with the Town of Prosper in 2014, performing a small implementation for the Public Works department. This implementation included water, sewer, streets and drainage and was implemented in the NewEdge Hosted Environment. Prosper initially implemented a model that all calls, work orders and finalization of work orders were routed through a central administration position. This model worked when Prosper was a small community. As Prosper’s population increased NewEdge came to the Town to train the field crews and supervisors on the use of Cityworks.

NewEdge continues to support the Town of Prosper through their hosted contract. NewEdge staff has done several small projects such as implementing a grease trap inspection program in Cityworks and providing support to the IT Pipes software when they integrated the program with Cityworks.
